I concur with Miha.Or the user could use a plasma pill like Kabuto did in the Tsunade arc.

As for the generating blood that gyu pointed out...what about suiton? Where does all that water that isused to perform the high water quantity jutsus? It cant appear out of thin air  :D

Miha in the Naruto universe only the best ninja were able to make water out of thin air.And look at zabuza he was tough and he still needed to be near water.But yeah i dont use water either.
