No Mizuki was way weaker than zabuza.But still for a main arc then zabuza was the weakest but even so he was still very strong.

Really isn't too hard to draw water from the air...

And I think blood ninjutsu needs to kill you unless you have...something special.  

Blood+Medical...for every blood ninjutsu, you'll need an equivalent healing jutsu or you will die.

Essentially, you'll need twice as many chakra points to use blood jutsu and still remain standing.

Blood should be powerful, but extremely taxing in chakra.

I concur with the negative buff ideas.Negative buff could be something like wooziness(sp?) and it decreases you attack and defense by 15% and the more powerful the blood jutsu the more rounds.and in the main arcs i would also have to agree that the demon brothers are the weakest.

Okay.  Let's imagine this:

Get a small six ounce cup.

Get a knife.

Cut yourself somewhere, and let the blood drip 'til you fill the cup.

Hurts, eh? 


And it's only one cup.  Makes about two puny senbon.
