when i woke up one day my weapon was missing from lvl 13 waepon to lvl 0????? what the heck? pls ADmin answer me

Try reading every special event next time. There instances where this can occur if I am not mistaken, and it might happen again so watch out.

oh nononono you are mistaken something when i logged out it was all ok i weared my weapon than i noticed that its all gone so i thin it can be a bug some admin pls can give bak my wep?

The way i see it you just got on the bad side of the event.But just to hear things out and just in case what is the new weapon called.But please use correct grammar.
