question: now  since it says people with 80 dks  does that mean as of right now or once someone hits 80 dks they can do it?

My understanding:  Once it is "fully implemented", as soon as someone reaches 80DKs, they would have the choice from that point and forward.

Has there been any word on 'How' you get it, it say you can choose to have it, does that mean  we reach 80 + Dk and we can choose? Or do we have to find some super rare event?

No, i had my account much longer than you, it may just be rotting away but im not letting my hard work go to waste, i have all the tattoos  a castle and a couple of citys
