Yes, but watch the series first. It will make the movie that much more awesome (the series is really good, it's just that it's much easier to understand/get the full effect of the movie after seeing the series. The movie is pretty fast-paced). xD

I'm not sure when the movie will be released in the US.... it's bound to eventually, though. ^.^
