We could just remove the entire Hyouton specialty. It's non-canon for one, and for two, the entire specialty seems poor after the nerf. T____T Poor Tsubame Fubuki.

The Hyouton in the movie is clearly not kekkai genkai. My mistake for putting Haku's sensatsu suishou in it.

Players can use sand & water ninjutsu regardless of the surroundings. So the same should go for the non-kekkai genkai Hyouton specialty.

Movies=non-canon. Kishimoto had nothing to do with them, and thus they are not considered truth. He stated in the manga that Hyouton was Haku's Kekkei Genkai, and could not be mimicked with Sharingan or learned by another.

The Hyouton jutsu in the 1st Naruto movie required snow and ice to be present in order to use them, so using it regardless of surroundings is out of the question. KG Hyouton, however, seems to vary between requiring water(Senatsu Suishou) and forming ice from moisture in the air(Demon Ice Mirrors, Haku's mirror travelling).

Well, if you must insist on this non-canon thing, then a lot must be remove from the game. SL will be left with few things to explore.

Have you ever played a Naruto RPG? Naruto - Konoha Spirits (Naruto Chronicles 2) has a story of its own. Along with enemies, locations, jutsu, characters, & such. Maybe Kishimoto should ban the game.

The Naruto Chronicles series is, by general consensus, the worst of the various console Naruto games. Just because it has its own story does not mean it is a good one. Kishimoto did not write the story for it.

This 'non-canon' thing  is something I am mentioning only about the Hyouton specialty, since Hyouton is a Kekkei Genkai. Kishimoto had nothing to do with the film that included the Hyouton skills currently in the specialty: it was directed and written by people who obtained the license to his characters. There are other things I notice in SL that conflict with the story of Naruto thus far, but as many of them are not able to be modified, I try to ignore them.

Again, I am simply discussing this-- your attitude is uncalled for.

There's only one move I'd use from Hyouton and I shouldn't even have to name it.
The only use I have for Sensatsu Suishou is to waste one chakra so I can refresh... and what Miha said.
