If I put mail into the Mail Archive then I am unable to transfer that same mail back into my Mailbox.

This can be a bit of a problem sometimes because if you want to message someone back, your new message might be shorter.

Example:
Getting a message which says, Hi, how are you? Then the reply would be I am fine, thanks for asking. Now when this message is put into the Mail Archive, it cannot be returned to the Mailbox.

So if you want to reply to THAT SAME message, you cannot. You will need to start over, or start again from the last message in your Mailbox, thus deleting words.

So if people do put mail into their Mail Archive by an accident, or just because they thought the conversation was over, then this could be a slight problem.

You could always cut and paste the convo and insert it into a new letter, that's what I do when I'm talking to the same person and switching between characters.

why?

people start putting old mail back into their mailbox...and 8h later it's gone...and then they sob... and I am the culprit

so do as baluski says... =)

note: I only put *IMPORTANT* mail into there

That idea kind of slipped out of my mind.

I will use that next time if this happens again.
