A PVP question

Whenever i go to the hamlet registery to hunt players down it says theres people in the dwellings that i can slay but when i click on it theyre not their.This happens alot  :shock: its getting harder to find people to kill.

that happens to me too,alot...maybe they aint in the same pvp range?
