can someone list me what you can get depending on how much money you send?

i got this so far:

$10=1000
i know every dollar is 100 donation points

$15=30
For kyuubi every 1 dollar is 2 game days...
but for the kyuubi you get him for 10 days Per EACH $5 sent

what if i send more?
does it continue in the cycle depending on how much $ i send?
and i tried the search page but too many results

I don't think you necessary need to send $5 at a time. You just only get kyuubi days for every $5 you send.
