ok so my brother just LoVeS naruto and he wants too join is it legal if i refer him i mean we share the same computer so is it legel?  :smt064 s appreciated

If its the same computer, the IP will remain the same, making your referal non-valid

just have him create a character from the link at the top of the log in page

yes, but if he logs on from your house computer, it will say you have used multi chars to refer yourself which will end in consequences for you
