Must Read FAQ Before Chat

Well I really got this idea from LOTGD. They have it that you MUST read thier FAQ before using the chat system in the villages + Gardens. Is there a possible way to fit this into Shinobi Legends? This would probably and more than likely stop quite a few o

no u pick up things,once u get use to it,its more fun if u dont know what to do rather then needing help

Well how about this?

Before you can play anywhere on the shinobi server, why not have them take a test to gain the right to play?.....

Like when a new character is made, have the FAQS  pop up and hopefully they will read it.... and then it will ask
