Another option for dwellings.

I have had a bad day and it gave me the idea... DESTROY THE DWELLINGS! idk maybe we can pay a high fee in gems/gold/turns and you will allow us to set a fire in the kitchen. or chop a tree so that it would fall on the dwelling... or plant many explosive t

Hm.

I am very cautious when it comes to players directly interacting with gems/gold/property of other players.

Imagine a DK40 player has a personal (outgame i.e.) grudge against Genin who just used up all his funds to build a Cityhouse.

if you want that, I might ponder about the upkeep for dwellings :)

there you have to put in an amount of work/money to keep your dwelling up.

THEN I can think about "damaging" the dwelling up to a certain extent.

yet some things should be safe, one of them is "having a house" =)

side effects like "invest some work to clean up the mess" etc would be ok.
