Yeah, I heard about this on the news this morning.

Seriously, what's with kids these days? Back when I was in elementary school there wasn't any violence, not even amongst the kids. o.O

Part of the reason is probably the fact that teachers can't do much of anything to punish the kids, lest they be sued. Put some nuns in there... those kids wouldn't dare step out of line then. ^.^0

But most of it is the parent's fault (but that's pretty obvious) for not reprimanding their own children, so when the teacher does it, they get all flustered.

And to think that this was all over standing in a chair... seriously.

there was also the 5th graders who were going to put a bunch of tylenol in their teacher's drink so the teacher would get sick.

my teacher gives extra credit for telling these kinds of things to the class (news and current events) but she didnt give me any since she was also telling teh class about this .-.
