Administrative Rooms

Inside the clans, there should be a 'Council' or a 'Deliberation Table' where the Administrative team (Rank 25 and up) can go and speak about issues freely and at once. Of course, The ranks may be changed to rank 20 and up to provide member opinion.

Reason for this Idea:
-Much easier then PM(-ing) each person individually. This way everybody's voice is heard for everything they've said.
-Deliberation over suspeected Members, problems in clan, updates in the clan. May all be tested out and get valuable input.

Basically, I'm asking for a 'forum' type deal inside the clan halls. The external links are VERY HELPFUL, yet not many members travel there since it's outside of ShinobiLegends.com and would take sooo much energy.

Clan Fountains were buggy, Jounin rooms well the players decided to spoil everything and thus they were shut down.
