The current MotD announces:

no oro kill restrictions...

all village are open, the war is going all-out.

The system is currently not allowing any deviation from the previous "level" restrictions.

Please note that this problem has already been petitioned (dozens of times  :shock:) and as soon as Neji becomes aware, I am sure he will address it.
