I know this was intemplated in the game, but taken out seeing as how the poll went. I was wondering if you could intemplate it in, like last time, but the jutsus would start out the same strength, but for each jutsu, the more of one or a few stats you have, the stronger the jutsu.

Why not ask for a ultimate jutsu

even stronger jutsus? you best be joking. you know that all these overpowered, un-personalized jutsus are keeping us away from very interesting features, huh?

I'm not saying that a few stats would  make it ultimate, I want to say maybe for every some ten to twenty stats you put into your jutsu's, whatever will power them up, you would gain a few damage or like 1% more to each jutsu. Then everyone can be unique, have there own strengths, and people will have to work to slowly gain strength in their jutsus.

and, chido.. what is so bad about decreasing the starting-strength of all these powerful jutsus? you start off weaker.. but in the end you are more balanced and stronger if you wisely spent your points.  additionally, as i mentioned before.. you know that all these overpowered, un-personalized jutsus are keeping us away from very interesting features, huh? you did not responded to that

I know, I already said there was a poll.And also, It's not like anyone can have strong jutsus. It will take a while to get strong jutsus. Even if by a little. Btw, What jutsus are overpowered? They don't even help me much now.

Firstly wasn't that what Neji tried to do by making jutsus dependant on stats, making them more unique and customizable. But the people wanted power over uniqueness. And this topic is asking to add the customizable 'power' onto the normal strength of these jutsus. So how is adding more power onto "all these overpowered, un-personalized jutsus" keeping us from interesting features..

Exactly. I don't think they are over-empowered, and I would like a little uniqueness to the strength of the nin-jutsus, the purpose was not to make a godly jutsu, but rather make it at least a little stronger for those who work for it, and also have uniqueness more throughout the game.

Hey, when it was in the Motd, didn't Neji say there would be a reset to arange points to suit our jutsu choices? I'm pretty sure he did say that, but I don't think we ever got it, unless he would only do that if we voted for the change?
