Then when i go to transfer points:
    
Shikamaru smiles at your generosity, and pulls out a form.

"Including any points used towards title changes, you have 375 points available. You have the 25 points needed for a minimum transfer. How many points would you like to transfer, and to whom?"



but why does it say that i only have 375 DP? Can you only send certain amount at a time?

You probably spend those points on a custom title, or anything that is free.

 i spent on custom title... but since its free why would i lose points,

and why does it still show that i have 800 Dp in mission headquarters?

It's hard to explain.
You don't lose them, but you cannot send them to other people.
So you can only spend those 200 points.

Neji. Can you please add a description to when you buy a custom title about how you must have 1000, but it doesn't use those 1000 (you can't transfer though)? Sooooooooo many people ask about this.

there are TOO many discussions about this. TOO many petitions and it seems too complex for many players.

but I see now the need to do something. People confuse it all the time, and petition about "why can't I transfer *my* points"

and there are enough petitions (and people tend to make me do 2-4 replies until they actually get what I want to say and re-calculcate it) to make it changeworthy.

I learned the hard way figuring the custom title thing.. but it's really simple. It's free but the points needed to change the title are locked and cannot be sent out yet they can be used on other things that cost points (ex-custom weapon)
