I use to not run into him at all, but in the past 6 game days or so I have run into him some seven times, maybe he just wants to steal my hp?

i used to see baluski 2-4 times each game day on pyro, but i havent met up with him in over a month. I think through the entirety of yaki I've encountered him 3 times.
