Simply disarm the base, and hide the missles from Oliver, Cyrus, Lebis, Kamui, Shikki, Doom, Hiro, Crazy, and anyone else i can't remember.

ok for starters it "can't be done" for alot of reasons , 1 neji funds the game and the game only maybe for his house , and his car, maybe his cellphone if he has one.
2 people can't afford to pay to go to the designated place
3 someotheres live off the coast and they probably dont have a passport or greencard

i remember in the thread that i made if everything was organized neji said that some of the donations might be used for the convention.
