im pretty sure that they made something like that and if you have a trace of alcohol on your breath then the car wont start.

What if you have like 4 drunk people in the car? You can't start it because they had to much El Presidente's?

im pretty sure that it is a tube that you blow into in order to start your car and it wont start if there is alochol in your breath.
