Missing Donation points?

Ok when I got the mission headquaters, it says,

--- Quote ---You have earned 9775 points and have 4875 points available to spend,

but when I got to transfer points it says

--- Quote ---Including any points used towards title changes (which are 800), you have 975 points available
--- End quote ---
And last time I checked, 4875 - 800 isn't 975, I was just wondering what happened to the other 3100?
Any help would be greatly recieved.

But it says I still have 4875 available to spend, that isn't including the other points of spent is it?
