I'm new to the game and I have a question...
How do you raise your charm and where would you find your charm rating?
The only way I know to raise my charm is through paying Ichiraku with gems.

That too can be found out by certain events in the forests too
If you want to see how you compare to other players, you can look at the Ninja Hall of Fame in Konoha
