Just wondering if this is possible.

Not sure if this is the place to ask this, but since this is the help section, it seemed like the most suiting place.

I'm well aware that characters are deleted after a certain point of inactivity, but I was wondering if there was a way, whether it be via petition within game or on the forum, to get an old account recovered?

If not, I understand, but I thought it would be good to ask.

After a certain point (two years, I think), Neji started storing character data.
So yes, you can.
