the akatsuki in rice village..

I joined the akatsuki in rice vilalge when i wasa jounin. I have 206 gems  and 103 gems were taken from me to join. I didn't know this was going to happen, but I continued to be a member. I was told that if I stayed in the akatsuki for a while, then I would get my gems back. I also heard that if I quit too soon, itachi would kill me and keep my gems. A week later, I quit and Itachi takes my gems and the remainder of my souls.... Is there any way to get my gems back??
