If you want everyone to be leader, just make a rank that suits all of them.

I personally utalize nearly all of our ranks (except for founder because we're so old and an officer rank or 2 i keep in reserve) and my officers have nearly every power I have and do run the clan while i'm gone. You could always do that.

Really I wanted it because me and my SL brother Are both the Leaders in the clan but he wanted to add more people and change the rank name but I liked the old rank name better
