When the server is full no one can log in. It probably has to do with when you refresh. Room might open for other people while it still appears full to you.

And yes, the white screen has happened to me a number of times but when I pressed the "cli

oh ok, but the server is full when there are 86 players online yet sometimes there are up to 95 players on.

Well think of it this way. The longer it takes for the server to get some room the higher the ammount of people waiting to get in. So by the time the server does get room you might have around 18 people waiting. When they all log in then the server will r
