Connection failed
« on: July 27, 2008, 08:16:12 PM »

I got this message when I tried to log on:

An error occurred during a connection to shinobilegends.com.

Peer's Certificate has been revoked.

(Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)

The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Is there a problem with my computer's internet connection/accepting certificates, or is this something that Neji has to do?  The "please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem" leads me to believe that Neji is probably already dealing with it, but I just wanted to make sure.

Now LoB seems to be effected by that.

A petition was received about that and now it is affecting me with firefox.

EDIT: All is well.

Quote from Neji

"The encryption will be down for ~ 24-48 hours as we get a re-issue of the certificate.

The old mechanism to issue a certificate produced potentially unsafe certificates, so we get a new one =)"

exactly.

Our certificates were made using an (recently discovered to be) unsafe key generation.

hence I needed an re-issue.

SL should be fine, I got an immediate response, and today I put the new 2-year-valid certificate in place (regardless of what the button on the HP says, click on it, it's valid ^^)

I have no response for Legendofbleach yet, it's still pending :(

just use http for now
