If you can't read it, then here's the Effect:

"Can only be Special Summoned by a "Mari" or "Emperor of Palamecia". Gains 1000 Attack for every "Emperor of Palamecia" card and 1000 Defense for every "Mari" card on your side of the field. If ether card is destroyed and the Opposing player has ether card on his/her side of the field, this card's control shiffs to the opposing player."

If you haven't noticed, there's a new option to chose on the Card Type list: Synchro. Here's the description of them:

Synchro Monsters: White faced cards. Just like Fusion Monsters, they are placed in the Extra Deck. When the sum of the levels of a specific monster ("Tuner Monster") and another monster(s) ("Non-Tuner Monsters") on the field are the same as the Synchro Monster, it can be Special Summoned by sending these monsters to the Graveyard. With the recent introduction of Synchro monsters into the game, the Fusion Deck had its name officially changed to Extra Deck.

Or we can just use it to have awesome silver cards >>
