and another idea i had was make a scarecrow tape it to the top of my porches roof and drip some fake blood off of it.

Put a bag of candy in the middle of the street with a piece of 'invisible' string attached to it.
When a person comes to pick it up,pull the string!I break down laughing.I pity the fool!!
