I like a bunch of random stuff inclluding classical, rock, alternative, pop, jPop and jRock, soundtracks (movie, video game, disney etc.), and the like.

But at the moment I really like alternative stuff the most with the bands called Melee, Sanctus Real, Friday Night Boys, The Fold, Sherwood, and Relient K.  For a singular tune, my all-time favorite song is Built to Last by Melee. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JIrpLtqAJc&fmt=18

My school plays that and hip-hop all the time at dances, pep rallies, etc, just because I'm in a predominantly minority school (one of the last predominantly black schools in my district according to some research).

It really annoys me.

Yeah, that's what makes me dislike it.

It's a bunch of people talking really fast in a barely understandable way, talking about that kind of stuff.

There's at least 2 songs I've heard with an actual purpose behind it, but other than that....

There not all about that, though most of them are. XD
