I was discussing this with my friend and wondered what everyone else thought in my opinion Itachi is the strongets and always will be.

Zetsu? But seriously Hidan is the toughest and Deidara is the most destructive. I personally like Deidara.

I agree you with on the personal liking, i myself believe Deidara is very strong, yet somehow i believe yondaime is better.

its still not certain, zetsu has'nt even fought anybody yet so we dnt know, or tobi in that case. and the 4ht hokage, narutos already close to surpassing him plus naruto just became a sage thingy so idk!
