What's even sadder, is that my school is kept out of state control by the smart kids, who get treated like crap, BY THE SCHOOL ITSELF!

my school is pretty good except it is full of idiots. it teaches french, latin, spanish, german, chinese, and i think that is it. it even has a fencing club.

spanish is actually easy to learn

Spanish Italian and Portugese are languages you should never know more than 1 of the 3. They'll confuse you if you know 2/3.

no but if it did then i probably would take it. i was refering to the 5 languages that have the most apparent latin roots.

Chinese is fundamentally different than Japanese.

Also, there is no real "Chinese". Mandarin is the most commonly used language in China out of several hundred(or a few dozen, not sure which, but hundreds makes them seem more diverse and stuff), which is why it is the official language.
