Ok, I know we just got to new mods, but there is a problem, all the mods are on around the same time of the day, which isn't helpful for people like me who are round outside those hours. Just today we had an Acad that was Abusive and using a lot of Bad Language, but guess what, no mods to stop him. This is a major problem, by time any of the mods get on it is too late for them to do anything. I am seriously fed up with the players getting away with all this just because they get on at the right time.
Please can we have something do about this, because it is really getting annoying.
By the way, please block Khalil's IP or something.

Okay, I cannot provide 24h support via moderators.

That's a harsh but true fact.

I cannot get people from all timezones that are 100% on at the specific times.

I do not do a business here - hence all is voluntarily done.

Though I say something when moderators show up less and less or not at all, they have lives too and are here for their leisure.

I specifically built the "Call for Mod" button for emergencies - if no mod is on, they become petitions.

Then we will deal with it later on.

Once I PAY people, we could talk about it.
Though I think hourly rates for people to BE online are too high. say minimum wage $6 or so, then a day with 1 person online at all times costs us only $144 ... so a month with 30 days only $4320.

  can you pay that in every month? I sure can't.

Yeah I'm on pretty much very game day, and most of the times I'm on is when the normal Americans are asleep.

but yeah, some of our mods are very inactive, hopefully rinoha will become more active now that she is a mod, varu is barely active and that's now because her spouse...kamui is active, for minutes a day or something. Taumaster is active, yet sometimes he is too busy, syscic i hardly ever see; Same goes with atomkai. Boogi and desertninja are never on the same times as me so i can't say. Gyururu is on all gamedays because she is a sitter and has to kill. Baluski, i think is on about 2 hours a day or so. Xaos, i have not seen in ages...and thats about everyone, excluding neji.

Yeah i could be that too, im on an opposite time zone to america, etc my time zone is GMT + 0. But there will probably never be an out of hour mod anyway and im on SL for most of the time that i play on the computer and thats quite frenquently

Well I think Mods on our time would be nice, but like Neji said, he can't grantee Mods on at all times.

Yeh, and not to mention since time zones take in effect, many people cannot be on at times, some people can be on like at 4 pm for them, while for others it's like 9 pm or something. maybe even midnight.
