ok, because the seattle school district believed that he lived in a city other than seattle, and stalked him to find out

he has a home in the city,so he technically live in seattle.

I'm not sure if he actually lives there though, but the stuff they found was sad.

like on some mondays or fridays, he'd come from a place other than the home, and they used the dew marks on his car to say that he doens't go there.

Having a home somewhere doesn't mean you live there.
If he lives somewhere else then he shouldn't be allowed to play for them team, simple as that I said.

just that somedays, he comes from some place other than the home in seattle.

and the school district knows that he has 2 homes, and didn't decide to do anything. They could have investigated during the summer where it wouldn't effect him going to school.

no, they investigate after he becomes the number 1 high school basketball player, and during teh school year right before basketball season.

Does he go to your school?
If he's enrolled there, they CANNOT keep him from playing on the team.
If he's not, then they have a legitimate case. Like the kid on the soccer team that goes to an alternate learning school who had to get a permit to play for us.

he goes to our school, and they actually kicked him out of our school district.
