simple ANBU question

I'm a evil chuunin, and I ran into the Anbu in a certain event, having experienced this event as an academy student, I decided to stand and wait......WHAT THE HECK MAN.....but I lived, is their a counter part to this event for good people

Yes.. Evil ANBU are in Rice field.. Kill the good.

Good ANBU are everywhere else but Konoha and Rice Field. Lucky me.. -.- Whoo..! And they kill the evil.
