wouldn't most of these things be applicable for the real world? except for internet fraudsters would be real world fraudsters.
but if they have to get a warrant to go into my house, why don't they have to get a warrant to go through my computer?

and aurstralia is the one that blocks all the 'bad' internet sties, and blocks all the 'illegal' torrenting yet it can't even tell the differences between legal and illegal... kinda like how WoW uses bittorrent to send out patches and it gets blocked.
