It dosen't matter which one is used.
It's the user that matters.
The attack's have the same power unless the person using it dosen't put all the energy into it.
By the way in the naruto movies naruto mater's his to the point of using all elements in the attack.

not exactly man, rasengan needs at least 1 person to contain it and charge it up, while chidori only needs 1 hand to keep it in place and is ready

I'm not sure I get what you're saying, but if I do then that is incorrect. Rasengan only needs one hand to create it normally. Naruto is just a loser.

Naruto is a really badly made.
BUT The 4th Hokage Sealed the kyuubi in Naruto because he knew he whould need the demon to stay alive.Also to master a jutsu like that is hard.
