Selling your House in Game?

Was looking back at the previous messege of the day from administrators and say a post about people selling there house to get lv15 weapons at lv1, and that admin reduced amount you can gain to stop it.  Wanted to know how exactly do u go about selling yo

You go to dwelling management and click on sell back dwelling.

I hope you didn't think it meant sell their real house  :oops:
