I think the whole 'Mizukage threatening to kill the guy' is because she might be like Tsunade where she lost her fiancee or she's being bugged about not having a husband or something.

I would say she looks too young to be close but...*looks at Tsunade*

Though it would be really repetitive of Kishi to do that, as well as it would probably look sexist to some people to have the only two known female Kages to use that jutsu.

Mizukage seems to like the young ones...And I think talking about marriage just sets her off. Kinda like mentioning how much you're making at your job to a real-estate agent during these times.
