I agree with you Mei, bar their is no proof Itachi killed Shisui, they claimed he did, but he never admitted so in my mind that isn't proof.
Also, I didn't see Sasuke kill Naruto, and Naruto is Sasuke's 'Best Friend'

I provide 2 links, one showing the MS requirement and Itachi's response to the Killing Shisui question (Thanks to him, I was able to obtain this "eye")
It amaze me how you can still be in denial about certain things that are so evident but remember this, you would be the only one in this whole world who would think that Itachi didnt kill Shisui o.o

Yea that theory does relate to emotions but it not triggered by anger/sadness (like DBZ), although sadness can lead into guilt. Overall that was a bad theory anyway. Kakashi would have become crazy if he really did gain MS like that >.>
