Do you ask a links to directly read the manga? www.narutochuushin.com serves that, but they don't have the latest chapters.

All of us suggest that we download the latest chapter, then we put it in our server in page format, so that ppl can read it directly. If you think about "copyright" stuff, there's something I can do. I download the manga from a site who do the scans, not distribute, at www.jinchuuriki.com. If you let me, or do you want to, I'll ask the administrator whether it allowed or not. Don't worry, we'll keep their credit to let ppl know that Jinchuuriki who made the scans.

By the way, they also have Bleach

Why not just link the site having mangas, do the nice favor to them, save server space/bandwidth for shinobilegends, and avoid any potential/possible legal issues for our dear admin?

Yeah, because downloading chapter once per week and uploading it via FTP is SO much less work then writing a mail "Dear XXXXXX, I would like to put a link to your website with naruto mangas on my webpage"
