staff don't even come on?? how about bringing on staff that actually come on at different time zones -.- i've been waiting 2-3 days for my clan avi to be validated so i think that's pretty good proof of black hole-like blind spots. what about new staff simply for the purpose of notifying the mods? then there wouldn't be ban abuse and staff can use their presumed precious time efficiently.

Hi,

once again, a short announcement.

We will be taking in new moderator applications shortly - via the forum.

So, before we push in a deadline, please register at the forum and think about a few things:

-why do you want to be moderator?
-describe your personality and background a bit
-think about an out-of-hand situation and how you might handle it

So much for preparations.

A few things I add:

* proper spelling/grammar is mandatory
* you need to have some time on the game, people who registered 14 days ago might not know enough about the mechanics
* mature personality is mandatory
* commonsense is mandatory
* power comes with responsibility. never think about abusing them to only benefit yourself

A: I'm was just showing you that this was already bought up, and you should use the search function, as it says, to check before you post. Also you posted it in the wrong place, it's a discussion, not a request.
B: It has been addressed. Both on the linked thread if you had of read it, Neji did join the discussion. Also as Jinsei has shown, on the Site in the MoTD.
