I've found recently while playing the game when I go to withdraw money from a dwelling I can withdraw three times and once I've done that it will tell me I can withdraw once more. If I enter an amount and hit withdraw again nothing happens. The coffers in the dwelling don't change nor the money on hand so I assume either I'm only supposed to have 3 withdrawls or the 4th withdrawl doesn't like me.
If you need anything on it like screen shots or whatever, I'll get some.

You can withdraw and deposit from dwellings three times a gameday. The options stay, but nothing will happen. It's just how it works, unless everyone's been mistaken for all these years.
