You don't have a 100% chance of getting permanent hitpoints.

Hey the potion peddler isnt that bad .... its a cheap , but hilariously risky way to gain hitpoints  :P  ... i got from a few hitpointsthe black potion from the red one before... but then again i lost the same amount of hitpoints the same way  :-x ...

but then baluski takes more hitpoints away from me then any other event i've met >.>

Yeah the black potion is the rikiest. 5 gems and I lost 10 perm health >< at genin lvl 1 DK too good thing I had 5 hp left over  :roll:
