Neji i am thinking "putting all i have read in the forums in mind" and came up up this idea:
For Anbu rank people and up.
go to the rice fields and enter to Akatsuki's hideout
given the option to sacrifice one DK for 10 PvP, no limit "so we can attack Academy Student, Genin, Chuunins ect..."
and try to expand the level limit "not only that we can attack one level under and two over"...and at least let us attack people 2-3 levels under and 3-4 levels above....i hope it makes sence, do you guys like it?
**we can't make it so that every one can do it, cuz we got a couple of Jounins but not many Anbu's**
