1.Make it harder tom kae a clan.
2.Give a low buff to all Member
3.Give a high buff to Founders and Leaders only.
4.Give the option of Clan based events FOR the clans to setup and regultae.Example,A hidden coin or gem that's in the clans page or fountain ONLY clan members can get and can get only once a day.

2. why? boons over boons? I already rejected the clan buff module

no, really, you don't need to give out stuff to clan members ....
can you imagine how many new clans we will have just to get those benefits?

That's my point THE only way this could work is if you made is Uber hard to make a clan.
I'm trying to make it easy for you and still get what I want,And all I want is something thatcan make clans better and more enjoyable.

Clan tattoos are the only thing I can think of clan's needing.... That and maybe a private area for the clan leaders..

Like a clan fountain, limited to those who have obtained the leader status only and only to those who are in the clan..

For example I have 3 Guild Leaders and about 5 other people who can see the clan fountain...I'd like a place where only those who I've made Guild Leaders can sit and discuss world dom....I mean....how our day went.. 

basically.... -> Clan fountain + Gypsy Tent Clan Leader rooms..

but clan tattoos are the thing I am looking forward to most..

I'm trying to make it easy for you and still get what I want,And all I want is something thatcan make clans better and more enjoyable.

Your idea isn't going to make clans better & more enjoyable. Why? I'll tell you why.

1) Making things harder is frustrating, not fun.
2) Which ever clan that has the better buff will get all the newbies. Then we will have one clan with 600 members while others only have around 10.
3) I can see it already, <ABC> clan has 1 founder and 30 leaders 0 low rank members.
4) That's like telling everyone to be in a clan.
