if you did not misspell the 91054 (postal code) or the city, it should have arrived quite some time ago.

normally little errors are corrected without problems.

Well I think it's a goner if it's been, what 2 to 3 weeks? Neji did say you should use paypal and recommended against the mail it was a risk, when I did it, when you did, or when anyone else did.
