does the vampire take away permanent hp if you pump yourself with the potion peddler, apples, etc. or only through buying the vitality potion

The peddler gives you permanent HP just the same as the Vitality Potion did so, yes, the vampire will steal HP's if it gets to high. It's a balance issue.

My main character is only 10 hp over what is the fixed rate & I still run into that STUPID vampire, all the while I still get attacked by ninjas who have an insane amount of hit points  :-x

Oh well, it is just part of the game so I'll just deal with it  :-?

All run into the vampire. And all with -still-to-high-hp get sucked.

Why not just make it suck the HP out of people with that high of an amount of HP?

Then they lose a hellish amount of HP & they are going to kill me for this idea >.>

You need to stop whining, moaning, and bitching, it's getting to be quite the annoyance. Just play and have fun, don't worry about other members, worry about yourself.
