Which guy is the potion peddler???

Cause I ran into a guy who had three potions, 1 red, 1 green, 1 black...

but then I ran into another guy who was selling potions...along with scrolls..

now which one is the potion peddler...and who's the other guy??

by the way..i've run into the RGB potion guy twice and the potion/scroll guy once..  :-?

It's not a spoiler...Just asking which is supposed to be the damn Potion peddler
