I know some dude that runs a Boxing gym, he's pretty cool.
I did some training, but one of the other guys wouldn't let us have a break and I nearly passed out.

i take Krav Maga which has elements of boxing in it. Although i'm pretty sure boxing doesn't condone kicking them in the groin then kicking them while they are down before stomping on their head and trying to get off from the criminal charges with a self defense claim...the more you know
